01. What delivery options are available?
Standard. Normal delivery time for in stock items is 5-7 business days via ground service. Allow 2-4 weeks for shipments to PR, VI, GU and APO/FPO addresses.
Express. Priority handling is available for an additional charge. U.S. deliveries only. Express delivery requires a street address - no P.O. boxes. In stock items only.
02. What about State and Local Taxes?
Merchandise and Delivery charges are subject to state and local taxes for shipments to NY and PA.
Merchandise ONLY is subject to state and local taxes for shipments to CA, MA and NJ.
03. Do you charge for Shipping and Handling?
Yes, our shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or the recipients you designate. An additional heavyweight charge will be applied to heavy or oversized items as indicated.
04. How do I see my shipping and handling charges?
Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and shipping zone. You may call Consumer Services for estimated shipping charges.*
* There may be conditions under which shipping charges will be determined by order value.
05. Will you hold an order to be shipped at a later date?
We regret that online orders cannot be held for a later shipping date.
06. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.
